Nearest British Rail Station; Herne Hill. (Left out of the station, and then down to the end of the road, across Dulwich Road to the Herne Hill gates.)
Nearest Tube: Brixton, then a fifteen minute walk. Left out of the station, along the High Street, and Effra Road, left into Morval Road, and then along Dulwich Road. The entrance to the Lido is on your right.

Brockwell Lido Yoga Rooms are in the buildings around the swimming pool
in Brockwell Park. This is on the Dulwich Road side of the park,
nearest the main Herne Hill gates. During refurbishment of the
site, classes will continue as usual, but may be moved from Yoga Room
B into other rooms around the building. The reception staff will
be able to guide you to the correct spot on a week by week basis.

Westminster Bridge Road is the easiest access point for the pregnancy yoga classes, which are held in the Parent Education Room, Women’s Care Area, 8th Floor, North Wing, St Thomas’ Hospital.
Enter
the hospital through the main entrance from Westminster Bridge road,
turn right past reception and through to the Lifts in the North Wing.
At the 8th floor, follow the signs for the antenatal clinic, and go through
the automatic doors. Turn left through the automatic doors, and there
is a security door button on the right to access the next part of
the building. Through that door, follow the corridor round,
and the parent education room is on the left.
