The postnatal period is a very special time for mothers and babies. This programme of classes is specially designed to provide a warmly supportive environment in which to enjoy getting to know your baby, sharing beneficial practices to aid postnatal recovery and learning to relax in each others’ presence over the postnatal year and beyond.

Postnatal Hypnosis

For women and couples who have had negative experiences during previous labours and births, perinatal hypnotherapy and its psychotherapeutic approach may be helpful in resolving trauma.

Experiences of depression after the birth of a baby are very widespread indeed. Perinatal hypnotherapy offers an effective way to process and accept the huge range of intense emotions both immediately after birth, and on through the extended postnatal period.
