Yoga Workshops

Relocation

Since 1998 we have been running one-day workshops for yoga practitioners and teachers. This year, as we plan our move to our own ashram, ‘Svaha’ in the Cotswolds, we have no set dates planned for these workshops. Below you can read about what we have on offer, and then if you are interest to organise workshops on or around these topics locally, we would be happy to bring what we do to you.

Mudras and Mantras workshops with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

A creative approach to synthesising sound, gesture and movement in yoga practice. Learn integrated sequences that combine mudras (precise hand gestures) with mantra (chants) and asana (postures) together. Practice simple, and more challenging mantras and mudras to use in your yoga classes/practice. Gain ideas and suggestions about how to incorporate these beautiful practices confidently into the flow of your yoga classes / practice. Suitable for yoga teachers / trainees, and all those interested in using mudras and mantras. In response to demand, this popular workshop is repeated twice this year. Lunch is included. Cost £50.
