Womb yoga: workshops
This therapeutic and delicious approach to yoga especially for women integrates rhythmic asana (postures) with breath, sound, mudra (gesture) and bandhas (pelvic floor locks and seals) to enhance awareness of our inner woman’s wisdom and elemental connections.
Suited to all women, with or without previous experience of yoga.
Your tutor is Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD, yoga therapist, yoga teacher-trainer and author of Mother’s Breath, and Teach Yourself Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth.
These workshops are offered in London during the times when Uma is leading teacher training courses there for Yogacampus. They can also be offered at other locations for teacher development, in-service training, or for other groups of yoga students and women interested in this powerful form of self care and spiritual growth.
If you have an interest in these workshops please email Uma: uma@sitaram.org
